Does the embed need a plugin?

No. It is a plain iframe with a few lines of script under it that only set the frame's height, so there is no plugin and no app to install. Specced sends frame-ancestors * on the embed URL, which is why it loads inside WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace and hand-coded pages alike.

How tall is the embed?

As tall as the studio needs at that moment. The embed tells your page its height, and the lines under the iframe resize the frame to match, so there is no inner scrollbar. If a builder strips those lines, the frame falls back to 900 pixels, which fits upload, film pick and render.

Can the embed be in French?

Yes. The language travels in the address you paste: the dashboard's embed block has an English and a French switch and prints the matching snippet. A site with one page in each language pastes two snippets, one per page.

Can visitors use it without an account?

Yes. The embedded studio has no signup wall: a visitor uploads a photo, picks a film and gets a render without creating anything. Safari visitors follow the link in the corner to the same studio on its own page.

Where do quote requests from the embed go?

To your shop, the same as from your subdomain. The lead carries the customer's render, the car they named and the exact film, and it lands in your dashboard at /shop/leads and in your inbox. The shop is read from the address the frame is served on, never from the page framing it, so no one can post leads into your inbox from elsewhere.

Is Specced branding shown?

The embed is chromeless: your logo and your colours, and no Specced logo, header, footer or attribution line. That is what white-label means here, and it is why the frame reads as part of your site.

Can I limit which films appear?

Yes. You choose which films your studio carries at /shop/films, and the embed shows exactly that list. A film you do not fit never appears, so a quote request cannot name something you would have to turn down.
